The Alexander Blewett III School of Law invites applications for a Law Registrar to lead academic records, registration, scheduling, exam administration, and graduation certification for the law school. This position plays a central role in supporting the academic mission by ensuring accurate academic records, reporting, and compliance with University of Montana policies, FERPA regulations, and American Bar Association (ABA) standards, while providing a high level of service to students, faculty, and staff.

The Law Registrar works collaboratively across the law school and campus to support student success from matriculation through graduation and bar certification. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to managing complex academic processes with professionalism and discretion. Position has an expected start date of June 1^st, 2026.
