Montana Career Opportunity – Indian Country Economic Development Program Manager – Montana Department of Commerce

This position administers, manages, monitors and develops the state funded Indian Country Economic Development (ICED) program which was established within the Department of Commerce by the 59^th Montana Legislature and had funding increased by the 60^th Montana Legislature. The position coordinates identifying within each Montana tribe those issues which a tribe believes could be addressed to successfully further tribal economic development goals.  This position is responsible for promoting economic development opportunities for Native Americans by fostering the expansion of business, manufacturing, tourism, agriculture, and community development programs.
