Montana Career Opportunity – Headwaters Regional Planner – Headwaters RC&D (Temporarily remote)

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the COVID-19 Regional Planner will work with staff to develop an addendum to the Regional Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy that reflects the economic impacts of COVID-19 for the 7-county Headwaters region of Southwestern Montana. After developing the addendum the position will work with stakeholders throughout the region, state and federal partners and local municipalities to implement goals that are identified through the strategic planning process. The successful candidate will host public meetings (digitally and in-person), conduct a strategic planning process, solicit public input, synthesize information into a report, and develop tangible goals that can be implemented.
