Auricle Productions seeks a Director of Marketing and Operations with a passion for audio journalism and the vision and skills to take our organization to the next level. This is a full-time leadership position with diverse responsibilities, including marketing, financial operations, administration and strategic thinking. We’re looking for someone who can help us set smart, bold goals, and provide the experience, creativity and determination needed to achieve them.

Auricle Productions is a nonprofit journalism organization based in Missoula, Montana. We’re at an exciting stage in our development. Our flagship program, Threshold, has won multiple awards and attracted the support of leading organizations in our field. We’ve proven our concept — now we’re ready to grow. Over the next 18 months, we plan to add staff, launch new projects, and significantly increase our audience. The new Director of Marketing and Operations will have a key role in this process.
