Rick Edwards with Northwestern Energy writes: This conference is attended by management level folks from various utilities across the western US.  I am facilitating a customer panel regarding “Customer Insights – Managing in a world of Disruption”.  The virtual discussion will be held on March 10, 2021 from 8:30 – 9:45.  I plan to have representatives of the residential, commercial, industrial and possibly low income classes participate.  The representatives will be from various states in the West.
