Webinar – Is Government Contracting an Option for Your Business – 4/29
April 29 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
|Suffice to say: It’s been an eventful week for Montana small businesses. In the past few days alone, we’ve heard of Governor Bullock’s phased re-opening of the state to business, authorization of $300B+ of new PPP funds, and expansion of Montana unemployment assistance to self-employed entrepreneurs.|
It can be difficult to process such frequent and pertinent developments without feeling overwhelmed. We feel part of our role is sifting through the noise and conveying to you the most tangible opportunities for helping your business sustain this environment.
Government contracting remains one of these opportunities, albeit one complex and subject to regulation and procedure.
Luckily, our friend and colleague Patty Cox of the Montana Procurement Technical Assistance Center will be hosting a live session this upcoming Wednesday (4/29) at noon to help you decide if contracting is an option for your business. She’ll discuss the potential revenue streams contracting offers, as well as ways to navigate the bureaucracy and set yourself up for success. Also, we’re looking forward to event hosted by our colleagues at the University of Montana Blackstone LaunchPad that will interview two local business lawyers on the tax and funding implications of the CARES Act and the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, two critical pieces of recent business legislation. Make sure to dial in this upcoming Thursday (4/30) at noon.
We look forward to seeing you in the live sessions! Please invite fellow entrepreneurs in your network so we can help inform as many businesses as possible.
All the best,
