Logan Head is a lifelong entrepreneur and the co-founder and chief technology officer of Whatnot, the largest live shopping platform in North America, the U.K. and Europe. Head will present the next installment of the Gilkey Executive Lecture Series at the University of Montana College of Business.

This in-person event at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, in the Priscilla and Harold Gilkey Building on the UM camps, is free and open to the public. The moderated talk is entitled “Entrepreneurship: Building a Fast-Growing Marketplace.”

Today, Whatnot spans hundreds of categories – from sports cards and sneakers to fashion, coins and live plants. Buyers spend an average of 80 minutes a day on the platform, discovering products, forming connections and driving more than 1.5 million daily transactions.
