Larry Diamond, Stanford Global Democracy Expert, will headline this year’s Constitution Day Lecture, examining practical reforms and innovations to strengthen and depolarize American democracy. This community dialogue will be moderated by Rob Saldin, Mansfield Center Director of Ethics in Public Affairs, and will be held in the UC Ballroom at the University of Montana (UM) and on Zoom.
