Montana State University and Gallatin College MSU will host a culinary competition for high school students from across the state on March 16. The competition is held in conjunction with the Montana FCCLA State Leadership Conference on March 16-17.

The 2023 Montana ProStart Invitational will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 16 in Hannon Hall on MSU’s campus, with an awards ceremony at 6:15 p.m. March 17 in the Strand Union Building. The community is welcome to attend and observe the competition and awards ceremony.

The competition is hosted by the MSU College of Education, Health and Human Development and the Gallatin College MSU culinary arts program, in partnership with the Montana Restaurant Association Education Foundation.
