A powerful new documentary with deep roots in Montana and Indigenous storytelling is set to make its national debut this fall. Bring Them Home (Blackfeet: Aiskótáhkapiyaaya), narrated and executive produced by Academy Award–nominated actress Lily Gladstone, will premiere across all PBS stations at 10 p.m. EST on Monday, Nov. 24, 2025. Directed by Blackfeet sibling filmmakers Ivan and Ivy MacDonald, alongside Daniel Glick, the 85-minute film chronicles the Blackfeet Nation’s decades-long effort to return wild bison (iinnii) to their ancestral lands and, in doing so, restore a vital part of their culture, identity, and sovereignty.
