Women in Business Event in Bozeman, Montana

ver 50 women gathered Wednesday to learn about the resources offered to women who are interested in starting a business.

"Montana is the number one place to start a business." Said Small Business Advocate for the Governor's Office of Economic Development, Andy Shirtliff.

Women business owners from across the state gathered at Bobcat Stadium to share experiences and successes. Anna Kazmierowski moved to the Treasure State 16 years ago, and started A 2 Z Staffing Solutions in Helena. Next month, she will be opening another.

"I tapped into the navigator http://business.mt.gov/navigator that the governor's office created a couple of years ago, that's a fabulous tool and I also attended a lot of SBA sponsored workshops."
