University of Idaho gets $950,000 grant to publicize biodiesel

The University of Idaho has received a $950,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to create and distribute a nationwide public education program highlighting the benefits of using biodiesel fuels.

The grant will allow the university to identify barriers to commercializing biodiesel and address them through publications, displays, educational materials, Web sites and workshops.
