The American Computer And Robotics Museum Honors Computer And Biology Pioneers - 9/21 - Bozeman

A former astronaut, a digital device pioneer, a bark beetle ecologist and an oceanographer will be honored at the annual George R. Stibitz and E.O. Wilson awards at Montana State University.

A free public forum honoring the awardees will be begin at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 21, in the Strand Union Building ballrooms on the MSU campus. Doors open at 6 p.m. and early arrival is encouraged.

The awards are given by the American Computer and Robotics Museum in Bozeman and were established by the museum's director, George Keremedjiev, who founded the museum in 1990 and received an honorary doctorate from MSU in 2009.
