Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

The City of Missoula, Montana, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering consultants to provide professional services for City of Missoula street pavement assessment and development of a comprehensive Pavement Management System. The City will select the qualified consultant for contract negotiation in accordance with selection procedures required by MCA Title 18, Chapter 8, "Procurement of Services" and adopted City policy for consultant selection.

The City’s goal is to award a consultant contract in the fall of 2018 and proceed with data collection and subsequent tasks as quickly as possible, depending on City Council approval and the availability of funds.
