Former Billings Mayor Tooley tapped to lead Bozeman think tank

Former Billings mayor Chuck Tooley has been elected chairman of the board of directors of the Burton K. Wheeler Center for Public Policy in Bozeman http://wheelercenter.org/ , the organization announced Monday.

Tooley is the first Billings resident to serve as chairman. The Wheeler Center, founded in 1988, is a public policy think tank located on the Montana State University campus.

"Chuck brings diverse experience to the position," outgoing chairman Bradley Snow said in a statement. "He is a visionary leader who possesses a rare knack for bringing people together. He will provide the Wheeler Center with excellent leadership for years to come."
