Wind issues for landowners will headline NW Landowners Expo, along with continuing oil and gas, pipeline issues

Across the state, North Dakota has more than 1,500 wind turbines taking up 50 square foot each. It’s become a rapidly spreading topic of concern for many landowners, and it will be front and center at the upcoming biannual conference of Northwest Landowners Association.

The information expo is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, April 12 at the Mountrail County South Complex in Stanley this time, and will feature a number of speakers, including an attorney with expertise in land issues related to wind turbines.
