Bear Paw Development Corporation is a private non-profit organization created for the purpose of administering programs to help improve regional economic conditions in Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Fort Belknap and Rocky Boy's Indian Reservations.

OSD Development LLC is a real estate development, sales, and property management entity developing and operating the new neighborhood known as Old Sawmill District. Old Sawmill District is a new urban addition to the landscape of Missoula, and the largest redevelopment site in the city’s history. The five-year project plan will include 600 to 800 (1.1M SF) residential units, and approximately 150,000 of commercial use and neighborhood retail. C3 WorkLounge is located in Cambium Place at Old Sawmill District and will open in August/September 2018. C3 WorkLounge is owned by OSD Development LLC.

Summary

The Manager will provide daily management of C3 WorkLounge. The individual will provide the leadership role along with fulfilling an operational, marketing, community manager, and business development role, and developing community partnerships.
