When the weather is nasty, and the power goes out – getting it back up is at the top of our list. The faster we know about an outage, the faster we can start working on fixing it.
That’s why we are reminding customers that you can now report outages right from your mobile device. You don’t need to call, you can send a report directly to our people dispatching servicemen using our online Outage Map.
Please share this with your friends and family, so if their power goes out, they will know the fastest method to getting it back on!
