Wyoming intends to ENDOW workforce with tools for success

We’re way past the time when the horse lost its job, but we’re still in a race to educate our youth in preparation for future jobs in Wyoming. That was the message Jerimiah Rieman shared with visitors to the Homesteaders Museum Business After Hours Wednesday evening, Jan. 31. Rieman, Director of Economic Diversification Strategy & Initiatives for Wyoming https://www.endowyo.biz/ , brought this to the attention of about 50 people gathered in the refurbished baggage room of the 1920’s train depot.

As director of the ENDOW program, which was created to prepare the state and its residents for future employment opportunities, Reiman is charged with overseeing a project that will continue to prepare Wyoming residents for changes in jobs and employment as demands change over the next two decades.

"With ENDOW https://www.endowyo.biz/ , we’re charting a new course for our economy," Rieman told his listeners. "We are preparing to welcome new talent and to increase employment opportunities for our youth."
