First Full-Service Intellectual Property Boutique Law Firm to Open in Montana

Beginning October 1, 2003, Montana will have its first full-service intellectual property law firm located in Billings. Antoinette M. Tease, formerly in-house General Counsel for Rocky Mountain Technology Group and a partner at the Crowley law firm, is opening her own law firm specializing in intellectual property and technology matters.

Ms. Tease is a registered patent attorney and intends to focus her practice on patent, trademark, and copyright law, as well as e-commerce, software development, and licensing.

Ms. Tease is on the Board of Advisors for TechRanch in Bozeman and the Montana Business Incubator in Billings. She acts as General Counsel for Rocky Mountain Technology Group in Billings and for Infogears, Inc. in Bozeman, and she is on the Advisory Board of Cytergy, Inc. in Bozeman. Ms. Tease is active in the American Bar Association and is currently serving as co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Committee on Databases.
