Montana Career Opportunity - Chief Financial Officer/Clerk & Recorder - Anaconda-Deer Lodge County

Position will be required to perform administrative, financial duties as well as supervision of clerical staff in recording and certifying all city-county transactions as well as responsibility of all financial activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting and payroll; and oversees all city/county elections.

Requires a thorough knowledge of local government, election and government accounting laws, legal duties for Clerk & Recorder, government accounting and bookkeeping practices, business administration and computer operations. Must have a Bachelor degree in Accounting or closely related field. Salary range is $51,781.06 to $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
