Casper leaders decide to sell city-owned buildings to local entrepreneurs

December 20, 2017View for printing

Downtown Casper should soon have more apartments and an expanded apparel store after city leaders approved the bids at the end of a contentious, three-hour meeting Tuesday night.

The Casper City Council was split, with five members voting to sell two city-owned buildings and three voting to wait.
