MSU nanotech resources available to Montana manufacturers
December 13, 2017 /
Finding single molecules of impurity where rust could take hold in steel. Shaping silicon and other materials on a scale invisible to the naked eye. Making reflective coatings that interract with light on the scale of a fraction of wavelength.
Those are just a few of the capabilities that manufacturers could tap into at Montana State University’s Montana Nanotechnology Facility (known as MONT), which has partnered with the Montana Manufacturing Extension Center to help get the word out.
