MMEC deploys agile strategy for creation of Regional Centers of Manufacturing Excellence

The Montana Manufacturing Extension Center will hold its third regional manufacturing sector growth workshop in Billings on Dec. 5.

The full-day workshop, which will be led by MMEC’s senior business adviser, Alistair Stewart, will focus on the most common and complex challenges facing Billings manufacturers, including workforce, access to capital, sales, marketing, logistics and automation.

The workshop is based on the Strategic Doing approach developed at the Purdue Agile Strategy Lab. The approach is intended to help participants identify their assets, resources and capabilities and then find ways to link and leverage them.
