MSU offers Cloud Quest STEM training and kits for after-school programs; application deadline is Oct. 10

A STEM outreach project from Montana State University Extended University and the Montana Girls STEM Collaborative offers free resources and training to educators who work with middle school students in after-school programs (STEM stands for science, technology, engineering and mathematics). The program is open to sites that serve both boys and girls, and especially seeks participants from Montana’s smallest towns.

The program, called Science Action Club: Cloud Quest, offers a hands-on citizen science curriculum from the California Academy of Sciences with support from NASA and the GLOBE program.
