Montana Career Opportunity – Outreach Coordinator in Great Falls – Montana & Idaho CDC

Montana & Idaho Community Development Corporation (MICDC) is looking for a Great Falls-based Outreach Coordinator to drive awareness and interest in its newly launched down payment assistance program, called HomeNow. A member of the HomeNow sales team, the Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with mortgage lenders, realtors, employers, and community organizations. Reporting to the Director of HomeNow, this is a part-time position (10-15 hours per week) with an extremely flexible schedule.

The ideal candidate for an Outreach Coordinator will:

* Have experience with sales and outreach

* Have deep roots in the community and a desire to make it better

* Seek every opportunity to build relationships with people in a variety of roles

* Be able to gain fluency in product details

* Effectively communicate MICDC’s passion for HomeNow

* Apply knowledge of the community to help broaden our reach

* Work closely with the HomeNow product and marketing teams to determine which outreach strategies are most effective
