Montana Tech, Butte-Silver Bow County have high hopes for joint committee

Butte-Silver Bow and Montana Tech will soon have a new channel for talking, consulting, and coordinating on projects and activities that involve shared interest.

County Chief Executive Dave Palmer and Tech Chancellor Don Blackketter have appointed five people each to a Joint Coordinating Committee that could meet regularly on matters including land, housing, parking, economic development, and any other issues that overlap.
