Glo Windows Introduces First Passive House Certified Aluminum Windows in the US

Glo European Windows is excited to announce the first Passive House (PHIUS) Certified Aluminum Window in the United States.

"We are excited to be the first to offer the building industry with a triple pane aluminum window that has superior performance values as well as a thin aluminum frame" says Vice President, Mark Wells. "Our spirit of innovation as a company is evident in this new PHIUS Certification."

The Certified A7 Aluminum Series is a thermally broken triple pane aluminum window, featuring a continuous layer of insulation and multiple air seals within a durable aluminum frame. Thermal performance is R-value 7 and U-value 0.142, PSI-Spacers 0.016, Solar Heat Gain Coefficient between
0.28-0.60. The A7 Aluminum Window is available in the Tilt and Turn window and Fixed window configurations, as well as a Swing Door.
