Bozeman officials say they want decisive leadership from next city manager

Still in the early stages of selecting a replacement for departed City Manager Chris Kukulski, Bozeman’s elected commissioners and its top staff agreed on a key point at a Wednesday meeting: The booming city needs strong, decisive leadership to help it navigate growth.
"So I want a leader," said Commissioner Jeff Krauss as the conversation began. "I think the city manager should be a leader, not just a manager."
