Fed president: Closing the skills gap starts with business leaders

Leaders need to do their part in closing the skills gap in the US by offering training programs for workers to learn the skills they need to advance and obtain higher paying jobs, writes Rob Kaplan, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. This means a variety of job and skill-building programs, whether run by companies or in partnership with schools and government.
