Salary Range: $18.00 to $22.00/hour — Depending Upon Experience

LCCDC’s Personnel Policy requires that a 6-month probation period be completed prior to being eligible for most benefits, including compensation for personal time off or vacation.

After fulfilling the probationary period the employee will become eligible to participate in the following benefit programs:

1. Fully paid employee health plan (family option paid by employee) — Health insurance eligibility after 60 days.

2. Paid time-off at a rate set by the board based on length of employment

3. Paid holidays (normally 8 per year)

4. Eligibility to participate in a Simple IRA/Retirement Benefit Plan under which LCCDC will match your contribution up to

3% of your annual gross wages

Normal office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
