Standing on the corner of Black and Olive, feet away from the site that could soon be a towering five-story apartment building, Stewart Mitchell isn't exactly upbeat on how Bozeman is handling growth in his neighborhood.
"It's really just city government and the developers who are charting the course of our community," says the contractor and carpenter, who grew up in Baltimore but has lived in Bozeman for 25 years.
