Flathead Valley Community College is now accepting nominations for its eighth annual Distinguished Alumni Award.

The award honors a graduate of FVCC for his or her career achievements and/or contributions and service to the community. Nominees must be graduates of Flathead Valley Community College.

Past Distinguished Alumni Award winners are: Jesse Mahugh, 2016; Faith Hodges, 2015; Frank Garner, 2014; Rick Weaver, 2013; Ryan Mitchell, 2012; Margaret Lekander, 2011; Lori Nicholas, 2010.

The award will be presented to the recipient at the FVCC Alumni & Ambassadors Luncheon at the college on March 22.

Nominations must be submitted to the college by 5 p.m. on March 1. Nomination forms are available in the Institutional Advancement Office in Blake Hall, online at http://www.fvcc.edu/alumni-donors/alumni-award/ or by calling 756-4388.
