A Personal Invitation to the Upcoming Free Montana Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Conference on Feb. 7 in Helena

We would like to extend a personal invitation for each of you to attend this exciting FREE conference http://www.matr.net/events.phtml?showdetail=6240 , plus invite the small businesses you work with in your area. We are also offering FREE vendor tables for anyone interested.

This year’s Keynote Speaker is Maxine Shapiro. She is a vibrant speaker, training professional and coach whose quick wit and passion for excellence has created a national demand for her "Inside the Box" and "Collaborcate" for keynotes. Mixing laughter with learning, she reveals the building blocks of improvisation and translates them to professionals in every industry who crave agility, boldness and innovation.

Each day the summit will start off with a buffet breakfast. Then it will boast a number of informative, educational and stimulating break-out sessions based on the interests of our small businesses in the state. Check out the agenda!

On Tuesday, February 7th, between 5:30-8:30pm, we would like to offer our conference attendees a social meet and greet to get to know their fellow small business owners. Wednesday evening we’ll end with a social networking session with Ginger Taylor & Sarah Elkins talking about "What Small Businesses are about in Montana". We will also be raffling off prizes throughout the conference.

This year we are asking that our partners consider sponsoring a meet and greet or a give-away prize starting at $100. If your business would like to be a sponsor please fill out the attached sponsor form and email it to [email protected]. The Women’s Business Center in Bozeman, whom is co-sponsoring this event, will send your business an invoice. All sponsors will receive acknowledgement featured in the conference programs and will be recognized through announcements at the conference.

We greatly appreciate your business’ participation with our DBE Program and all the small businesses throughout our great State of Montana. Thank you for your interest in our conference. It will be a great opportunity to network and promote your business. Please contact Shannon Hahn, DBE Specialist with questions or inquiries at 406-444-7287 or [email protected].

Thanks,

Shannon
