Boomtown http://www.innovationews.com/Boomtown-Demo-Day-introduces-10-startups/ is a seed stage startup accelerator headquartered in Boulder, Colorado focused on improving the existing, out-dated accelerator programming; and evolving the model for the benefit of entrepreneurs and corporations. They have invested in 50+ startups. Over 90% are in operation and 78% are generating revenues. Boomtown has recently launched corporate sponsored accelerators, incubators, hardware labs and co-working spaces for major corporations such as Comcast and Kaiser Permanente. Boomtown seeks to launch new programs in startup geographies with vibrant and emerging ecosystems, like Bozeman and Missoula. The benefits to our community include the opportunity to draw from a national and highly competitive pool of high growth start-ups, bringing 10 per cohort (x2-3 annual) to Bozeman.
