The Women in Leadership Expo has morphed from its beginnings as one woman’s Leadership Williston project into a yearly event that’s gathered greater numbers.

Failure and resilience, tracking and visualizing goals, taking time for oneself, and breaking glass ceilings were popular themes at this year’s Women in Leadership Expo held at TrainND Northwest on Thursday.
