Montana businesses hungry for young skilled workers

Montana businesses are hungry for young, skilled workers and Governor Steve Bullock says the state needs to feed them.

"To insure that they have that talented work force that they need to grow and expand not only their individual business, but to grow and expand Montana’s economy," Bullock said.

The problem is Montana is facing a shortage of these skilled workers to replace an aging population that is ready to leave the workforce.
