Google Hires Wyoming State CIO

Mr. Waters pursued the Google position after "asking for the blessing" of Gov. Mead. The process took about a year, he said, from initial conversations, to Hangouts to formal interviews and an offer. Google’s famed hiring process is reportedly full of complex brain teasers designed to find the best so-called Googlers. "I will tell you it was quite intimidating," he said, "You need to have to some game." He declined to elaborate, citing a non-disclosure agreement.
