The Montana Facility Finance Authority (MFFA) in Helena, Montana, seeks an Executive Director to apply leadership, finance, economic development, and marketing skills in a dynamic and rewarding job while supporting organizations and communities throughout the state.

Since 1983,  the MFFA has structured over than $2.6 Billion of financings and helped more than 105 Montana non-profit health care and community service providers gain access to financial resources at favorable interest rates through a range of innovative MFFA programs (such as issuance of municipal bonds). The MFFA helps meet the changing service needs of Montanans without using a single tax dollar, and is exploring innovative programs to support small manufacturing in the state.

Responsibilities include visioning, strategic planning, oversight of a $1 Billion portfolio, program execution, product development, managing budgets and staff, key partner in State legislative process, and providing executive support to the Board. This position provides an exciting opportunity for regional and national exposure, as well as working with other professional, community, and industry leaders to develop innovative financing vehicles and shape policy.

Offices reside in a contemporary office building with ample parking, providing a friendly and highly professional work environment as well as a beautiful city in which to live.  Helena is located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains and provides numerous recreational, cultural and community involvement opportunities.

Salary:$83,000-$103,000/year DOQ plus generous benefits. First review of applications will occur 10/31/16.
