The Kauffman Foundation’s 2015 Index of Entrepreneurship ranked Montana #1 for business startup activity for the third year in a row. Regardless of how you measure success, Prospera is busy helping Montana entrepreneurs start and grow businesses throughout the state, and our local startup activity and existing business expansion is strong.

Just this year, we have provided more than $125,000 in new loans to our revolving loan fund clients, and currently have more than $470,000 in loan approvals pending. We’ve also assisted nine businesses in receiving grant awards from the Montana Big Sky Trust Fund program, supporting business expansion and job creation, which leverages millions in new private investments in Gallatin and Park counties.
