Helena, Montana plans for limiting utility costs to homeowners
June 27, 2016 /
The overall effect of a series of rate adjustments being considered by the Helena City Commission could result in a $60 annual increase for homeowners.
Just what the annual cost to homeowners will be from adjustments to city fees and costs for services won’t be known until the commission sets the fees later this summer.
After discussion by the commission last week, with Commissioner Dan Ellison absent, Mayor Jim Smith said, "I think for the vast majority of people, this is going to be affordable."
