http://www.mtcommunityfinance.org is recruiting for an Executive Director. Salary range $75,000 to $85,000 DOE with excellent benefit package.

Successful candidate will have a strong financial background with the ability to oversee all operations of MCFC under the general supervision of the Board of Directors. Markets SBA 504 loans to lending institutions, commercial realtors, legal and accounting firms, and prospective borrowers.

Performs loan underwriting functions from loan application to loan approval by the SBA. Monitors loan closing process and loan portfolio. Prepares operating budget and supervises three staff.
