Learn About American Prairie Reserve At Audubon Program, 4/18, Hamilton, Montana

Bitterroot Audubon's April meeting will feature a presentation on the American Prairie Reserve by APR spokesman Michael Wainwright. Located in northeastern Montana, APR is using a bold new vision for 21st century conservation to build one of the largest conservation projects since the creation of our national parks. When complete, the reserve will span 3.5 million acres of private and public land, all permanently set aside for wildlife and public enjoyment.

Wainwright's presentation will start at 7 p.m. Monday at the Bitterroot National Forest Headquarters on U.S. Highway 93 at the north end of Hamilton. Enter on the west side of the building. Call Kay Fulton for more information, 642-3794.
