Here’s how Maryland and Virginia are luring cyber start-ups to the region

Ten more D.C.-area cybersecurity start-ups are getting seed funding courtesy of state governments, according to announcements by Maryland’s Technology Development Corp. and Virginia’s Mach37 accelerator. Both programs were set up to lure out-of-state start-ups to the region and prevent local acts from leaving.
