2015 Report: Nat’l Economic Impact from TechLink Activities 2000-2014: $4.4B in Sales & 23,600 Jobs

The results of a study undertaken to estimate the national economic impact of partnerships established by TechLink between the Department of Defense (DoD) and US industry from 2000-2014 are reported here.

A total of 524 companies with which TechLink facilitated DoD technology partnerships between 2000 and 2014 were contacted for the study. More than half of these companies reported that they had sales of products or services related to the partnerships established by TechLink. Companies reported total sales of $1.6 billion from the TechLink-brokered agreements.
