Billings residents accuse USAA Casualty Insurance Company of denying medical claims in class action case

The class action case could affect an estimated 100 to 700 other Montanans, court records said.
Byorth and McKean, both injured in separate car crashes, claim USAA illegally denied their medical coverage based on file reviews that concluded medical treatment was not necessary and based on coding errors.
