BillingsWorks launches Employer Survey

BillingsWorks has opened the 2016 Employer Survey for businesses in Yellowstone County. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BW2016EmployerSurvey

This survey is intended for employers in Yellowstone County, Montana, to be completed by an individual in an HR, management, executive or ownership position. We are asking for your time to fill out this survey because it will directly impact programs being developed by BillingsWorks, such as talent attraction, education & training alignment, and resource development, to address workforce issues in our community.

All individual company data will be held strictly confidential, with responses reported only in the aggregate. The results will be reported in the "2016 State of the Workforce Report" which will be released in April of 2016 at the State of the Workforce Event.
