Commercial Kitchens Available in the Center of Missoula – Moonlight Kitchens

Moonlight Kitchens (MK) are two commercial kitchens and a work room that both professional and individual cooks can rent by the hour. They share the same building as Sunrise Coffee Shop.

MK recently applied to the Montana Dept. of Agriculture for a grant and we got it! The funding will go towards installing an 8’x 12′ walk-in cooler and a high-temperature dish-washer. We’ll also swap out a fridge for a new freezer.

This will make using the kitchens faster, easier, and cheaper for our cooks. Our farmers and small manufacturers will have more space to keep fresh produce cold.

We’ll be able to sanitize dishes without using chemicals and the dishes will dry faster coming out hot.

If you’d like to have a tour of the kitchens swing by during coffee shop hours (8-3) or call to set up a definite time. If you know someone who needs a kitchen have them check out our website.
