Try this year-end pledge: Sponsor a woman in tech

I challenge you to make a pledge. But it isn’t a pledge to yourself. It is a pledge to others. A pledge to support, mentor and/or help a women in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) by year-end.

That may seem a bit too a hefty of a challenge. But think about how much we still need to accomplish, not only in gender equality as a whole but in the specific area of STEM.
