Wages climbing in Great Falls area

Recent economic data point to a Great Falls metro area experiencing job growth and higher wages, Great Falls Development official Jolene Bach told a recent developers monthly coffee meeting.

The unemployment rate in the Greater Falls metro area, which covers all of Cascade County, fell to 3.5 percent in September.

"Low unemployment is good news, kind of," she said."But Great Falls needs more workers to fill the jobs being created."
